Individual Needs Assistant (EYFS)
30 hours per week (08:45 - 15:15), Monday - Friday, term time only.
This is a fixed-term role which is linked to funding.

The role of an INA involves providing one-to-one and group support to children with additional needs. The postholder will implement appropriate interventions for individual pupils, and support the wellbeing of children by delivering planned enrichment programmes. The post-holder will also be involved in supervising and supporting other children in the school, as needed.

Previous experience of working with children with additional needs.
Previous experience in supporting children in a classroom setting.
Knowledge of child development.
The ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Proficiency in Math and English.
