We're looking to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled Individual Needs Coordinator to join our team!
As a key member of our Individual Needs Team (Senior School), you will work closely with the Director of Individual Needs/SENCO on the strategic development and implementation of the school's Individual Needs (IN) policy.

The ideal candidate will possess a PGCE or equivalent qualification, and preferably a level 7 assessment qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
We are seeking an exceptional individual who can establish rapport and empathy with students, with a genuine enthusiasm for all matters relating to IN and SEND.
