Cycle Culture is a boutique indoor cycling studio located in SW London boasting a top of the range cycling studio, coffeehouse and more. Run by husband and wife team, Paul & Mili Saini, the aim of Cycle Culture is to provide the best experience possible for their dedicated community of members.

Our instructor team is comprised of fantastic talent originating from NYC and London. We are (and plan to remain) a small group that work closely together on our bespoke programming which uses the Schwinn cycling methodology as a foundation. As a small team, we are able to support and educate each other, helping each other become the best instructors possible.

Our cycling studio is outfitted to provide success for our instructors each and every time. Pardon us while we brag for a moment, but we simply have the best bikes, AC, sound and tech possible. Paul (our head instructor) has worked in this industry for more than a decade and made it a mission to build arguably one of the best cycling rooms in London. This was important as we wanted our instructors to focus on what they need to do...connect with the crowd and coach.

We are looking to add 1 or 2 qualified instructors to our team as we anticipate growing our schedule. Each instructor will have anywhere from 1-4 classes per week across our schedule. Is is rare that we sub our classes so we are looking for instructors that are ready to commit to to a class time slot for the majority of the time. We have very little turnover and are confident when you join us, you'll stay with us!

One point to be rather clear with...we do not believe in contraindicated movements in cycling class. Push-ups, tap backs, etc are dangerous and a waste of time & energy for riders. Cycling can (and should) be an exciting experience because of the ride, instructor and music.

We are looking for individuals with some experience in the field. If you're brand new to cycling we are beyond excited for you...this is not the correct opportunity though. We are not requiring a minimum number of years of experience. Talent is talent and we are looking for candidates that can learn quickly and have the skills necessary to be a great talent with us. Our candidates will have the full support and mentorship of our instructor team as they grow. Also our members are just the best...they already love Cycle Culture and they will love you!

Candidates will need to become a certified instructor by Schwinn (if not already). They will also need to maintain fitness instructor insurance (min 5mn) and a valid CPR/AED certification. If you have other certifications we can use them as a starting point but we require Schwinn.
