The Recruitment Co are looking for Industrial Cleaners to join our customerxe2x80x99s Bourne-based company covering commercial cleaning up and down the country. They are expanding and looking to hire new staff that can climb the company ladder through in-house training.Role Overview: We need you! We are looking for someone to be an industrial cleaner and fit all of the criteria below. This is a temp to perm vacancy for 12 weeks with the view for the customer to offer you a direct contract after that period.Why Work With Us?

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning tasks including evaporator and condenser cleaning, white wall cleaning, and exterior pressure washing.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet cleaning targets.

Shift Details:

• Day shift is usually 9 hour shifts per day with 45 minutes per day for breaks 5 days per week.
• Night shift is usually 9 hour shifts per night with 45 minutes per day for breaks 4 days per week.

*Please note that due to the nature of the business start times and finish times need to be advised from week to week and there might be some weekend work at times.Pay Rate:
Day shift:

• xc2xa313.17 per hour up to 45 hours & xc2xa319.76 over 45 hours per week.

Night shift:

• xc2xa313.17 per hour up to 36 hours & xc2xa319.76 over 36 hours per week.
