Job Description

Ellis Cleaning Contracts is seeking a reliable and experienced Industrial Cleaner to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on external and construction-related cleaning, including new builds, void properties, and commercial sites across various locations.

Main Duties:

Roof cleaning Solar panel cleaning External cladding cleans Cabin cleaning (welfare units) New build cleaning Construction cleaning - builders' cleans and sparkle cleans Void property cleaning (internal & external) Pressure washing Working at height using appropriate equipment
Requirements:

Full UK driver's licence (essential) Previous experience in industrial or construction cleaning COSHH awareness and understanding of health & safety protocols Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and at height Physically fit, reliable, and able to work well in a team
Desirable (not essential):

IPAF or PASMA certification CSCS card Experience using pressure washers and high-reach equipment
