Job Description
Location : Lanarkshire / Glasgow
Industrial & Commercial Plumbers, mates and Supervisors. Lanarkshire / Glasgow area. Additional projects starting in August 2025 although immediate start available.
Rates of pay - 18 - 24 per hour depending on role applied for and experience. Overtime rates are paid at PR 1 and PR2. CIS considered.
Key Responsibilities (duties vary on grade)
Install Hot and Cold-Water Plumbing Systems in and commercial properties Install and test above ground drainage systems Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools Sanitary Ware Installations Collaborate with other tradespeople Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes an regulations Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
SVQ Level 3 with or without Gas CSCS trained Unvented Hot Water installer Scottish Water Bylaws Capability to work from installation drawings Work as part of a team Health and Safety awareness
