Head of Industrial Disease

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling complex cases, and will be able to provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of industrial disease claims, including asbestos-related cases. Conduct investigations and research, prepare legal documents and conduct negotiations with other parties. Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients. Develop strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and maintain excellent levels of client service. Supervise and mentor junior members of the Industrial Disease team. Contribute to the development of the Industrial Disease practice, including identifying opportunities for growth and marketing the team's services.

Qualifications

Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales. At least 2 years of experience in Industrial Disease law.
