Job Description
Job Title: Paralegal within the Industrial Disease department
Reporting to: The Head of Department
Department: Industrial Disease
Key tasks will include but are not limited to:
Dealing with pre litigation and post litigation Industrial Disease claims including NIHL,HAVS,RSI and respiratory matters
Key Knowledge
Essential*
Understanding of CPR rules.*
Experience in negotiating.*
History of working to and achieving cost targets.*
Experience in dealing with multi track litigation claims.*
Experience*
1 - 2 years experience of dealing with ID litigated claims, Preferable from a claimant but*
Defendant experience will also be considered.

Good attention to detail to be able to carefully analyse files and data. The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Good teamwork.
