We're a family-run Welsh specialised protective coatings company, proudly operating since 1969. As the last independent galvanizers in Wales, we've built our reputation on quality, reliability, and looking after our people. Our services include galvanizing, powder coating, wet painting and shot blasting.
We're not a big multinational - we're a close-knit team of around 100 employees where everyone knows each other by name. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and as long as you get the job done safely and properly, no one's standing over your shoulder.
If you're looking for secure, long-term work with a company that values practical skill and loyalty, you'll feel right at home here.
About the Role
We're looking for hands-on
Industrial Electrician
to join our maintenance team in Cardiff.
Our site includes galvanizing baths, cranes, ovens, and powder coating lines, so the work is varied, practical, and essential to keeping production running safely and smoothly.
You'll be working on motors, drives, control panels, and cranes, fault-finding on 3-phase systems, and supporting breakdowns and planned maintenance.
You'll also cover

The Role
You'll carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs across our busy site. The work is varied - one day you might be diagnosing a fault on a crane or inverter, the next replacing a motor on a pump or working on our galvanizing control systems.
You'll:
Install, maintain and diagnose various types of faults of electrical equipment
