Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Spray Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spray painting, with the ability to work effectively in a paint booth environment,preferably using airless spray painting equipment, . This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes on various industrial components.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary. Operate power tools and hand tools for painting tasks. Apply paint using various techniques, ensuring an even and durable finish. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Ensuring that all necessary quality standards are being achieved and correctly recorded. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

Experience

Proven experience in industrial spray painting or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment is advantageous. Basic maths skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities are beneficial. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment. Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is beneficial. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work is crucial.
