As part of Bentley's annual Early Careers intake, you'll join a community of around 75 trainees including Industrial Placements, Graduates, and Apprentices.

About the role:
As an Industrial Placement Student at Bentley, you will play a key part in Bentley's journey to creating extraordinary vehicles for our customers. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe. You will: Gain invaluable experience in managing high-impact projects, develop a deep understanding of cutting-edge technology, and play a key role in driving our Mulliner Strategy,
Work alongside and be mentored by Industry Leading Talent Acquisition professionals,
Have the opportunity to pitch your own ideas and being able to bring them to life.
Have varied tasks throughout the year, depending on the business needs and what support the team requires, being able to use a variety of different skills and developing well rounded transferable skills.
Your main responsibilities include:
To learn the thinking that underpins our strategy and how we optimize our commercial position within the market place,
Helping to develop and deliver enhanced experiences and events for our top clients
Collaborating with the Mulliner team to support PR and marketing activity whilst working alongside the Bentley marketing team and agency partners
You will have the opportunity to pitch your own ideas and bring them to life, seeing the results of your own initiatives in action
Setting up meetings with internal and regional teams, taking minutes and communicating actions and outputs to the wider team.
About the Department:
Mulliner is the bespoke division of Bentley. We are the team who brings to life the bespoke requests of our most discerning clients, if they want something above and beyond what is available on the standard configurator or options list. We create new features, options, paint colours and personalised elements for the cars to make sure they are perfect for their owners. Also, Mulliner create one off cars, small collections as well as ultra-low volume, high priced Coachbuilt cars like the Bacalar, Batur, Speed Six and Blower vehicles for clients wanting something very rare and special.
Working within the Mulliner team will expose you to the best luxury cars in the world. You will develop an understanding of the luxury buyer, whilst working alongside and being mentored by industry leading professionals.
What we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be on track to achieve a
2:1
in the following degrees: Business Management or Marketing related degree.
