Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Roofer/Sheeter to join our property services team. You will work across mainly commercial sites around our West Midlands base. The ideal candidate will have extensive roofing expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of roofing work, including repairs, re-roofing, and new roof installations. Work with a variety of roofing materials. Identify and rectify roof leaks, ensuring long-term solutions. Conduct general roofline work, including guttering, cladding etc Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all worksites. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure project requirements are met. Manage materials and equipment required for roofing tasks. Travel between sites as needed, ensuring punctual and efficient completion of all projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Roofer, with a strong portfolio of work across various roofing systems. Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and tools. Ability to diagnose and solve roofing issues efficiently and to a high standard. Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional workmanship. Strong time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Valid UK driver's licence.

Position Details:

Full-time

Company vehicle provided.

Holiday entitlement:

25 days plus bank holidays.

Depending on experience.
