Industrial Services Labourer, Cemex, Rugby.

33,101.64 PA + Bonuses + Overtime available.

Full time, permanent employment 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, company bonus and pension scheme.

Part of a 3-person team +working alternating shifts:

week 1: 05:30 -14:30 Mon - Saturday

week 2: 13:30 - 22:30 Mon - Friday.

Working on a major production plant as part of a team tasked with cleaning up aggregate spills using specialist Vacuum systems.

This is a physical role involving manual handling, working outdoors as well as in confined spaces across a large site.

You will receive specialist on-going training, and a real chance of development through our ranks.

To apply for the role of Site Labourer you must be reliable, hard-working, and not afraid of working outdoors or in confined spaces.

Due to the hazards of working in such environments we have a strict safety policy, and you must be the sort of person who will contribute to our safety culture, as part of the process you will have to pass a drug and alcohol test.

You will be working on customer sites, and you need to be a good ambassador for the company ensuring the customer experience is a positive one. Previous experience of industrial services work or industrial cleaning is preferred.

Ideally you will hold a CSCS or CCNSG card or similar, however training can be provided for the right candidate.
