Industry Placement Coordinator T-levels




Hours: 30 Hours per Week / 38 Weeks per Year


Salary: 17,345 Actual / 25,436 FTE


Are you passionate about supporting young people to develop their skills and prepare for their future careers? Do you have experience in working with employers and education providers to deliver high-quality work placements? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the role of T Level industry placement coordinator.



T Levels are new technical qualifications for 16 to 19 year olds in England, which combine classroom learning with a meaningful industry placement. As a T Level industry placement coordinator, you will:


liaise with employers and education providers to identify and secure suitable industry placements for T Level students ensure that industry placements meet the quality standards and learning objectives set by the government and the relevant sector provide guidance and support to employers, education providers and students throughout the placement process monitor and evaluate the progress and outcomes of industry placements report on the impact and benefits of industry placements for employers, education providers and students

Criteria


Level 2 English and Maths a good understanding of the T Level programme and the requirements of industry placements excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills a proactive, flexible and problem-solving approach
