What's the Role?

As an

Influencer Community Associate

, you'll play a key role in supporting our influencer community and helping expand the Sway Me Good network. Reporting into the

Head of Growth

and

Influencer Community Lead

, you'll work across recruitment, community engagement, education, and event coordination. This is an

entry-level hybrid role

, requiring two in-office days per week (Monday & Wednesday, office location in Dunstable).

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new influencers to the Sway Me Good platform. Identify the right paid partnership and affiliate opportunities for influencers and brands. Support influencers as they navigate Sway Me Good, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Educate creators on how to best use the platform and maximise their earning potential. Assist in organising events from small gatherings with high-value influencers to larger launch parties and community activations. Create educational and promotional content for our influencer community (e.g., social media posts, short videos, tutorials). Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to drive community growth and engagement.

Qualifications

Passion for social media, influencer culture, and digital marketing. Strong understanding of key social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. Analytical mindset and ability to think creatively when solving problems. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut, HubSpot, and social media management platforms is appreciated but not required -- we'll provide full training. Curious, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
