KRG are on the lookout for a passionate, creative, and savvy Influencer Manager to join an iconic London-based integrated agency working with some of the biggest household name brands in sports, fashion, and lifestyle. They're a top integrated agency activating through PR, social, influencer, experiential and campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to work across influencer activations, craft compelling campaigns, and make a real impact in the world of brand storytelling.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies across sports, fashion, and lifestyle key clients that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Identify, build, and nurture relationships with top-tier influencers, content creators, and talent (from nano to celebrity), to maximise campaign reach and engagement.
• Curate and manage influencer activations, ensuring seamless execution from brief to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to craft compelling campaign concepts and deliverables.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and fees with influencers while maintaining strong, professional relationships.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer landscapes to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns stay within budget.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of influencer best practices and innovative activation ideas.
