Job Description

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone--from emerging artists to global brands--everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity:

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a UK Social Media & Influencer Manager to boost brand visibility and engagement via compelling stories and content. The role will report to Adobe's Head of Social in the EMEA Digital Media Communications team.

What You'll Do:

Social Media Management:

Develop and complete UK social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).

Build and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our UK audience.

Manage social content calendars across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and strategic posts around key campaigns, product updates, and cultural moments.

Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to optimize social strategy.

Collaborate with the global social team to align UK efforts with overall brand strategy.

Analyse social performance metrics and provide insights to refine engagement strategies.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships:

Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and partnering with UK-based creators and key target audiences of creative professionals, creators, marketers, and business professionals.

Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers, briefing them on campaign objectives and ensuring impactful content delivery.

Track and measure influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Partner with the paid media team on licensing influencer content as part of a creator amplification strategy.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor critical metrics like engagement (interactions), content performance, and return on investment from influencers.

Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimize social and influencer strategies.

Use analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, or native platform insights) to track success and find opportunities.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within a tech, design, or creative industry.

Strong understanding of UK social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.

Proven experience developing and completing influencer marketing campaigns.

Familiarity with paid social advertising and boosting strategies.

Strong skills in copywriting and content creation, focusing on attention to detail in design.

Data-driven approach with experience in social media analytics and performance tracking.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Ability to work well with various collaborators.

Innovative and creative; able to think both strategically and creatively to build industry-leading campaigns and ideas.

Emphasizing goal achievement through an analytical and data-driven method.

Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
