Influencer Manager.

Working Pattern:

Full time, Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm

Location:

Applied Nutrition HQ, Acornfield Rd, Liverpool L33 7UG.

Reporting to:

Head of Marketing.

Salary:

Up to 40,000 depending on experience.

Applied Nutrition is Europe's fastest-growing lifestyle and sports nutrition company.

We formulate and produce lifestyle and sports nutrition supplements, grab and go snacks, energy drinks for professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts and the gym lifestyle community. We also produce pharmaceutical-grade health, wellbeing and beauty nutrition products. Due to our rapid growth and continued expansion of our audience, we are looking for an Influencer Manager who is highly motivated and proactive.

Reporting to The Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of marketing activities across the team.

Job Details:



Strategic Planning & Development



Identify and segment target audiences across social platforms, ensuring influencer strategies align with broader business and brand objectives. Conduct ongoing research into influencer, creator, and cultural trends to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of digital engagement. Define clear KPIs and ROI frameworks for influencer-led campaigns, from awareness and engagement to conversions and sales.

Influencer Campaign Management



Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch and emerging platforms. Manage influencer activations for key product launches, events and brand moments - from negotiation and contracts to creative briefing and content approvals. Working with social media manager to manage paid/organic influencer content amplification (e.g., Spark Ads, TikTok Creator Marketplace) to maximise reach and impact. Ensure all campaigns deliver on time, within budget, and exceed performance expectations.

Talent Relationships & Collaboration



Build, nurture, and manage relationships with a diverse network of influencers, athletes, agents, and content creators - from nano and micro through to celebrity level. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, social and product teams to integrate influencer content seamlessly into multi-channel campaigns. Act as the key point of contact between influencers and the brand, ensuring brand values, tone of voice, and compliance (e.g., ASA/FTC guidelines) are upheld.

Analytics & Performance Reporting



Track, measure, and analyse influencer performance using advanced analytics tools (reach, engagement, EMV, conversion rates, affiliate performance). Produce actionable reports for leadership, translating influencer impact into commercial outcomes. Stay ahead of social commerce trends and new creator economy opportunities to inform ongoing strategy.

Essential experience and skills:



Minimum 3 x years of experience in Influencer Marketing. Strong network of influencer contacts and proven experience developing, managing and executing successful influencer campaigns (case studies and ROI to be shared). Strong understanding of influencer campaign analytics and reporting. Excellent project management skills. A passion for influencers, social media and a deep understanding of current trends. Experience with influencer management tools. Excellent communication and personal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
