Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organised
Influencer Marketing Executive (Team Lead)
to manage a small outreach team and support influencer and affiliate campaigns. You'll play a key role in driving brand visibility and content acquisition by coordinating daily outreach operations and ensuring smooth campaign delivery.
This is a team-level role (not a senior strategy position), ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and previous experience in influencer marketing or creator outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a small team of outreach assistants
Coordinate influencer campaigns focused on brand awareness, UGC, and affiliate growth
Maintain outreach trackers and ensure follow-ups are timely and consistent
Assist with negotiating deliverables, usage rights, and affiliate terms
Liaise with creators to ensure clear communication and campaign success
Support the wider marketing team with influencer content planning and handovers
Monitor and report on outreach performance and live campaigns
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, content outreach, or partnerships
Experience leading or supervising junior staff or freelancers
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
Confident managing outreach spreadsheets and follow-up systems
Ability to multitask and manage a variety of influencer relationships
Bonus: Experience with affiliate platforms or UGC licensing
