The Opportunity


In this newly created position, you will be establishing process and commercial KPIs to our ongoing and new influencer partnerships. Working alongside the Senior Paid Media Manager you will build a robust strategy and execution of influencer partnerships, to support the full digital marketing funnel as commercially efficient as possible.



You will be the custodian of the brand across our influencer partners, curating journeys and experiences with the Nip+Fab brand across platforms, with a Meta focus. You will optimise and build upon existing UK relationships, source new UK collaborators, whilst building strategies and executing them in the US and Australian markets over the next 3 years as Nip+Fab re-enters these territories.



You will work across the marketing team to ensure the influencer partnerships are serving all the omnichannel needs of the business, regulating content briefing and production to ensure all our paid partnership content needs from across the digital marketing funnel are met. Constant review and optimisation of spend from both organic and paid reach campaigns resulting from influencer partnerships will be key to continuing to scale Nip+Fab.



Paid media remains the key driver of Nip+Fab growth and core to its cyclical omnichannel trading approach. Supported by the Senior Paid Media Manager you will build affiliate partnerships alongside traditional influencer partnerships through the AWIN platform and beyond. You will work with all partners to curate authentic content which embodies Nip+Fabs ambition, to be the most efficacious brand within mass self-select facial skincare, with customer results our number one priority.


You will work closely with our newly established community team. Putting consumer engagement at the forefront of execution and expanding its reach across social platforms. You will feel comfortable engaging with agents, influencers and consumers alike, embodying our consumer results first approach at all points of contact and building this into your KPIs for selecting influencer partners.



You will manage the global influencer budget for Nip+Fab and bring new opportunities to the Senior Paid Media Manager and Head of Marketing for review. Constantly at the heartbeat of influencer culture you will be continuously scouting for authentic faces from across industries and categories to go on genuine skincare transformation journeys with Nip+Fab alongside beauty industry partners for product education and expert endorsement of our formulas.



A dynamic, hands-on role, you will be at the forefront of how consumers perceive the Nip+Fab brand, you will be prepared to always get involved across the brand and have your voice heard, to believe deeply in our mission to bring real results to real people at accessible prices and have a make it happen attitude. As an independent, family run business, the autonomy in role, the ability to create change and exceed customer expectations will be inherently important to you as they are to the brand.

Please note we work 4 days a week from our office in W11 and Fridays from home.

Key Responsibilities


Full influencer budget responsibility, KPI setting and measurement of ROI at DTC and brand wide level, utilising ongoing learnings to analyse new partnerships and their commercial viability.


Responsible for consistent improvements and consistencies of brand presentation via influencer partnerships. Executing NPD launches and marketing strategies in line with a traditional critical path and gate process for key projects to ensure visibility of your plans across the business.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across the marketing funnel in all aspects where influencer partnerships play a role.

Full responsibility for building annual spend budgets, tracking expenditure alongside ROI with the Senior Paid Media Manager.

Reporting on performance and commercial objectives, whilst ensuring all activities meet ROAS targets and KPIs agreed with Senior Paid Media Manager.

Create process for content and creative briefings in line with strategy and ensure alignment with the design team where influencer assets will be utlised on our own channels.

Build credible and meaningful relationships with internal teams to be aligned in strategy with organic social, PR, paid media and the ecommerce/wholesale teams with impeccable communication of the brand influencer strategy.

Manage and develop the affiliate program to optimize current affiliate relationships and recruit new partners.
Regulate and execute copy for influencer partnership posts ensuring viability for whitelisting

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

Degree or equivalent in subject area Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office 2+ years in a proven start-up/challenger brand environment of rapid growth within beauty in equivalent role Numerical and literacy skills; Able to demonstrate effective written communication and can make practical use of relevant data to analyse spend and its efficiency Previous experience at this level, particularly in building an influencer execution strategy across the US & US. Able to visibility and numerically demonstrate the direct impact of your role on business revenue and profitability. Strong analytical skills for evaluating site analytics and customer data to report against business KPIs and provide invaluable insight to senior stakeholders to help shape ongoing marketing strategy and new market strategy. Excellent commercial awareness and knowledge Demonstratable attention to detail focus Prioritisation and time management skills Confident speaker, able to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively across all departments, with agents and partners * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to achieve more than the status quo.
