General Overview
Provide implementation consultancy to customers who have purchased Infor software. Responsible for delivering business process & application consulting services; developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients; providing clients with "best practice" recommendations; leadership within given project domain. Assists in Anthesis Support, business development & sales.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Participate in full life-cycle client-facing implementation projects to assist in the realisation of business benefits through:
Business process design
Configuring client business solutions
Developing & executing test plans & testing software configurations
Providing training to clients' key and end users
Providing implementation consultancy & application best practice advice
Provide assistance to clients as part of Anthesis Support Service
Participate in the Pre-Sales process for a client implementation
Work on Anthesis business development activities
Submit timely & accurate client billable expense & time reports as required by management.
Complete accurate status reports & follow-up on unresolved issues as requested by management or client.
Other Duties
Attend product functionality briefings & training sessions
Skill set development, knowledge-sharing & improvements in self and others
Other such reasonable duties within the general scope of the job
Requirements of the Role
Education/Qualifications:
Educated to degree level
M3 13.x certification is desirable
ACCA or CIMA
Experience:
Minimum 5 years Infor M3 Finance experience in a commercial environment
Experience in industry segments such as Food, Distribution, Manufacturing & Equipment Service & Rental
Minimum 5 years Consultant implementation experience with M3 software
Skills/Knowledge:
Infor M3 ERP Finance
MS Office skills, in particular Excel & PowerPoint
SQL
General technical aptitude
Data analysis & interpretation
Aptitudes/Attributes
Strong oral & written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.
Able to manage time & work under pressure to tight deadlines
Able to manage the demands of numerous tasks
Able to work on own initiative & within a team environment
