Job Description

Our IT team are the 'go-to's for anything technical and are very much at the core of MHA's service delivery. The IT Support Officer is a critical role, providing first point of contact support for all IT and communication related queries across our Group.

The successful candidate will be a natural people person who enjoys helping teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues across a range of products and services, however big or small! You'll be great at prioritising your work, multi-tasking and have the ability to explain 'tech-speak' in a way people understand. It goes without saying that customer service is something that you take great pride in.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly team of IT professionals in a sector that makes a difference on a daily basis.

This role is a fixed term Maternity cover for 12 months

Requirement:

You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Base:

Hybrid working - Community, Office and Home

Hours:

22.2 hours per week
