An IT Service Desk post in Conwy's award-winning service is vacant, as the previous post holder has progressed within our team. You will take on an existing office based role, in our flagship modern build 'Coed Pella' in Colwyn Bay. Focusing on developing our service desk provision through industry standards and best practice. You will also build on the work already carried out by the team and mentor others.
