Job Description


Our IS Infrastructure team at the Frontline Group are looking for a new Infrastructure Analyst to continue support the IT Requirements for the group. This fantastic opportunity is offered as a full time permanent position.

Our Infrastructure Analyst will provide support to the business systems to ensure that we maintain a reliable, performant and secure IT infrastructure. Our Infrastructure analyst will assist with project work to enact changes required to keep our systems current and take advantage of the latest technologies that are found to be suitable for the business to deliver on its core values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
  • Support VMWare infrastructure.
  • Maintain security standards and update systems for endpoint protection.
  • Maintain the Office 365/Microsoft Exchange Online environment and related security tools.
  • Maintain the Microsoft SharePoint Online systems.
  • Support the infrastructure monitoring tools.
  • Support the network infrastructure including telephony systems.
  • Support the storage area network.
  • Install new software on PCs and Servers to support the Service Desk.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to the helpdesk and to the developers.
