About the Role
As the Infrastructure & Cloud Team Leader you will report directly to the IT Service & Operations Manager to successfully manage the Infrastructure & Cloud engineers and systems. Your teams will assist the Service Centre in dealing with 2nd and 3rd line support and maximising the availability and performance of all infrastructure and cloud-based services. You will oversee the build, deployment and upgrade of infrastructure and cloud components and deputise for the IT Service & Operations Manager when required. You will provide support, guidance and escalation routes for the engineers within your teams.
