Technical Team Leader
Location - South Leeds (Morley)
Salary - up to 35,000 base

A fantastic opportunity for a Technical Team Leader to join a well-established Managed Services Provider (MSP) near Morley (South Leeds) has arisen.
This position has arisen due to internal growth and will play a key part in the Service Desk team.
Further responsibilities within the role will include;
Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Act as a technical escalation point for the team, supporting private and public cloud solutions.
Continuously improve support processes and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed about incident status and resolution progress.
Monitoring progress, tracking team KPIs, managing budgets, developing and delivering new client technologies.
Where required, act as a lead for vendor management, working with 3rd party businesses for specific escalation support.
Experience required:
Exposure across the following: Microsoft Modern Workplace (365, Intune, SharePoint and Entra ID), Virtual environments (Azure/VMware/Hyper-V) and Networking & Security
Experience in leading or managing a team, dealing with technical escalations
Experience working within an MSP or a fast-paced service desk environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must have a driving license and be based within a daily commuting distance Morley.

Salary up to 35,000 depending on experience.
Monday - Friday onsite based in Salford (8:45am - 5:15pm) - flexible if required
