FWA Infrastructure Electrician

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we're looking for an Infrastructure Electricianwith a head for extreme heights, to help us manage the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure builds on new and old mast sites. This role will be working around Yorkshire.

Here's why you'll love this role...

You will be connecting power from the DNO or the local supplies across rural Yorkshire.

Traveling to transmitter sites and mast locations, work outside in the countryside and at height.

You will assess if there are any potential hazards on the job sheet and undertake a dynamic risk assessment to ensure the job is safe.

Maintain and upgrade new power supply systems within our network.

Undertake maintenance of sites, fixing equipment when broken and decommission of sites and site surveys for new sites.

Here's why you'll be great in this role...

You have already got experience in a similar role, this could be in the telecoms industry, or military.

You are comfortable and confident working as part of team and independently.

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors regularly

Hold an 18th Edition qualification and have testing and inspecting knowledge

Ideally hold IPAF Licence

Experience with DC equipment, installation and design

You will hold a Full UK Clean Driving Licence

This is a full-time role and will be on the 24 x 7 x 365 rota, to ensure swift resolutions to network faults.
