Position Summary:



As a member of the Infrastructure Management Service Delivery Team, the Infrastructure Network Operations Engineer provides hands-on support to maintain healthy IT Services. The incumbent identifies and captures business needs and helps specify and implement IT solutions to meet those needs.

Key Accountabilities/ What You'll Achieve


Design, implement, and manage enterprise LAN, Hybrid WAN (MPLS + SDWAN), and cloud network infrastructure to support scalable and resilient IT services. Manage the lifecycle of network infrastructure, including hardware/software upgrades, vendor coordination, and end-of-life planning. Support and optimise Azure networking services (e.g., vNet, UDR, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute) to enable robust hybrid cloud connectivity. Monitor network performance and work with a global team to ensure 7x24 network operations Provide troubleshooting and analyse to network issue, ensuring rapid incident resolution. Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver infrastructure projects and ensure compliance with security standards. Maintain accurate network documentation and contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing to support business continuity.

Deep technical expertise in managing enterprise LANs, Hybrid WANs (MPLS + SDWAN), and cloud networking (e.g., Azure vNet, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway) Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, NAC and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls Contribute to mission-critical operations, ensuring uptime and performance across global sites Opportunities to lead or contribute to infrastructure modernization, such as lifecycle management of network devices and cloud integration

Skills & Qualifications



Essential:


Demonstrated expertise in operating and managing a complex enterprise network infrastructure mixed with LAN, WAN (MPLS/SDWAN/VPN) and Cloud Understanding network protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, STP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN. Proven experience managing and configuring network hardware such as Cisco Router/Switch/ Wireless Controller, Forescout NAC, and FortiGate Firewall. Proven experience managing Cloud Networking Infrastructure (vNets, NSGs, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute). Proven experience monitoring network performance using tools such as SolarWinds Strong problem-solving skills and proven experience using network tools (ex. Wireshark) to perform packet analysis and deep traffic inspection. Extensive experience in enterprise network engineering

Preferred:


Familiarity with DMZ, proxy, voice, or unified communication environments Experience working with Azure Load Balance Familiarity with Zscaler Zero Trust Architecture, and experience working with Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access Certified in Cisco CCNP, FortiGate NSE or Azure Network Engineer Familiarity with Network Visio Drawing Good Communication Skills Experience in a senior (or lead) Enterprise Network Engineer role
