We're looking for someone who knows how to sell with words. Someone who can bring structure, clarity, and consistency to everything we say -- from emails and product pages to packaging and blogs.

We are gee hair, a premium hair extension e-commerce brand with over a decade in the industry and a loyal global customer base. Our visuals and products are polished -- now we're investing in the voice.

This is an

, working closely with the founders and wider team to lead our messaging and connect deeply with our audience.

What You'll Do

Own and elevate gee's brand voice across all customer touch points Write email marketing campaigns and flows (focused on sales and retention) Craft persuasive product descriptions, landing pages, and website content Write blog content that answers real customer questions and improves organic visibility Produce ad copy and social captions that connect and convert Write scripts or outlines for videos, tutorials, or social storytelling Collaborate with the design/content team to align visuals with messaging Refine and protect the brand's core messaging and tone across formats Update inserts, packaging, or printed materials as needed Create press releases to amplify our brand's recognition and credibility.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of proven writing experience in e-commerce, beauty, or fashion Deep understanding of writing to sell, not just sound on-brand Ability to write for different stages of the customer journey -- from first impression to repeat order Experience writing blog content using basic SEO principles (no need to be technical) Able to take initiative, deliver work quickly, and manage your own schedule Commercial mindset: you care about results, not just nice words Confident collaborating with founders and making strategic suggestions Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo
