Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven inhouse digital marketing executive to join our award-winning SaaS business. This role is focused on creating engaging and strategic content to drive lead generation across multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This is an office-based position working full time within the Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle with free parking available onsite.

Key Responsibilities

This role will involve working closely with the Head of Marketing to focus on building the in-house marketing strategies and improving our lead generation. Your main duties will include:

Create, manage and grow in-house digital marketing activities to generate in-bound leads and demo requests for Shoptimised software and services. Managing in-house digital marketing activities across a range of platforms including but not limited to; Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok. Work closely with the Content Marketing Executive on content strategies and syndication/delivery. Supporting with webinar and video editing Report on clearly defined KPIs across in-house digital marketing activities and Google Analytics.

Skills & Experience

Successful candidates for this position will:

Proven experience in lead generation, ideally with a B2B focus. Experience of paid search platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok. Experience and knowledge of tracking and Google Analytics reporting. Ability to interpret marketing metrics and KPIs to refine and improve content strategies. Video editing and filming knowledge/experience would be an advantage
