Eastleigh Branch, Upstairs Head Office

Starting Salary:

12712.96 per annum / 15.28ph

Hours:

16 per week

Benefits:

Company annual bonus (after a qualifying period of 3 months)

Holiday Entitlement:

10.5 days including bank holiday's

Annual Pay Review:

After a qualifying period of one years' service

Time off at Christmas:

Xmas Eve finish at noon - return on the first working day in January

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing roles

In your second year at university studying marketing

Software Skills:

Google Analytics

SEO

MS Publisher, Adobe Creative or similar

WordPress (Advantageous)

HTML/CSS (Advantageous)

MS Excel

MS Word

Meta Business Suite

Responsibilities:

Manage the company's social media and develop content for these platforms, post at optimum times to capitalize on maximum audiences Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed Provide reports and feedback to the Operations Director about marketing efforts Work with sales and operations team leaders to coordinate marketing efforts Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising & promotional activities Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customers Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing Create and implement digital marketing campaigns Create and manage the company's email marketing Design Special Offer mailouts, flyers & posters Manage the company's main website
