Job Description

Join as a Paralegal based in Chester, supporting a major FTSE 100 residential housing developer's legal function. This permanent role offers exposure to complex disputes and growth within a market?leading legal team.
As an In-house Paralegal you will support the Regulatory Construction and Disputes team by:

  • Providing general support to the team on a range of matters including in disputes involving civil proceedings, summons, adjudications, arbitrations, mediation and building safety.
  • Supporting with caseload management, preparing legal documents.
  • Assisting with court proceedings - preparing bundles, ensuring efficient and accurate filing of documents, tracking timelines, reviewing evidence.
  • Undertaking legal research.
  • Administrative work.
Support FTSE 100 legal team on range of matters including litigation.Hybrid-friendly role in a top residential developer.
A successful In-house Paralegal should have:
  • 2 years' experience as a paralegal and of civil litigation
  • confidence, resilience, team-player attitude
  • skills in legal research, drafting litigation documents and general office support
  • ability to work autonomously with strong organisational, IT literacy and communication skills
