Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship management, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.

Duties

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Utilise various platforms including social media, job boards, and professional networks for lead generation. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Workday. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources and recruitment.

Skills

Proficient in using ATS systems (Taleo, Workday) and HRIS for managing candidate data. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with potential hires and internal teams. Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking recruitment metrics is advantageous. Experience in social media management for promoting job openings and enhancing employer branding. Background in human resources is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
