Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

In-House Solicitor

to join our team on a flexible or part-time basis, with specialism in at least one of the following areas:

Family Law / Wills & Probate

- to provide assistance and legal advice in relation to a will dispute involving questions of

testamentary capacity

and

undue influence

.

Commercial Property / Landlord and Tenant Law

- to assist with a complex

insurance claim

involving leasehold property interests and related contractual matters.

Professional Negligence

- to advise on a potential

professional negligence claim

, including assessment of breach.

Property Law / Conveyancing

- Urgent Requirement*: We require immediate support to assist with

registering a legal charge over property

in relation to

building safety works

mandated by the local council. Experience in

land registration

,

charges

, and

property finance

is essential.

We welcome applications from

Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers

with demonstrable experience in any of the above areas. The role would suit someone with a strong background in private practice or previous in-house experience, who is confident working autonomously and advising on complex legal matters.

This is a

contract or part-time role

with flexible working arrangements, including remote work, available.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate. Proven experience in a relevant area of law Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in all documentation. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
