As part of our continued investment in innovation, we are seeking an Innovation Project Manager to join our team in Bristol on a permanent contract.




Your Mission




In this key role, you will drive the implementation of research and innovation programmes, ensuring delivery in line with the Group's R&T roadmap, budget, and product strategy. You will lead the development and integration of new technologies, supporting their transfer into operational teams and future product lines. Alongside project delivery, you'll identify and help secure new business opportunities, playing a central role in Latecoere's future growth.

Key Responsibilities




Innovation Project Management




Lead R&T and innovation programmes aligned with strategic roadmaps. Manage programme planning, execution, and delivery (scope, cost, quality, timeline, maturity). Structure programmes and define deliverables in coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Monitor performance, track risks/opportunities, and adjust plans accordingly.





Team & Resource Coordination




Define and lead project teams across multiple functions. Ensure availability of internal and external resources (people, tools, materials). Coordinate with Latecoere's technical and operational departments to ensure successful technology transfer.



Client & Partner Engagement




Identify new business and market opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, institutional partners, and suppliers. Represent Latecoere at industry events and client meetings. * Contribute to contractual and funding documentation (NDAs, patents, agreements, public support).
