Older People Care Unit have a secondment opportunity for a full time In-Patient Clinical Secretary for Kingfisher Ward at Blossomwood.This post will provide secretarial and administrative support to the ward clinical and medical teams.This role requires an experienced secretary who has worked in a similar role to consultant or senior management level with a comprehensive knowledge of administration and secretarial duties and with the skills and experience to meet the needs of the role.Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is xc2xa326.40 (standard) or xc2xa354.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. Providing support to the Consultant Psychiatrist and Ward Manager maintaining accurate appointment schedules.
