, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:


Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely manner

Take and process room service orders accurately

Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and quality

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the service area

Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

You will be required to work

40 hours

per week, on a shift rota.
