Role: Inside Sales Coordinator

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday 0830-1730

Location: Rochdale

Purpose Of the Role:

The role involves supporting and developing the customer portfolio in line with defined KPIs, driving growth and satisfaction. It also includes the implementation and continuous improvement of administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing contact with existing and potential customers Customer-specific consulting and development Preparation, execution and documentation of customer meetings Creation and maintenance of all sales-relevant customer information and master data, especially via our CRM system Execution and documentation of offer and price updates Scheduling and preparation of customer appointments Create quotes for Customers Onboarding of new customers
The Ideal candidate will have:

Confident Team player Outgoing and personable Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams Detail-oriented and organised Strong problem-solving attitude with a willingness to handle challenges Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards meeting sales goals Able to multitask and handle multiple leads or inquiries simultaneously Willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment
