We are now looking for a

confident, ambitious Inside Sales Executive

to join our expanding team and work directly under our Head of Sales. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is hungry to succeed, thrives on building relationships, and wants to grow into a senior sales role in a high-performance, international company.

The Role

Contact and qualify UK importers, exporters, and logistics companies to introduce On The Spot Broker's customs services. Handle inbound enquiries, follow up with potential clients, and turn conversations into live customers. Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients through professional communication and attention to detail. Support our Head of Sales in preparing proposals, quotes, and account updates. Learn the customs clearance process and develop the knowledge needed to handle commercial conversations confidently. Track activity, pipeline, and progress using CRM tools and structured reporting.

Who We're Looking For

Confident communicator with a strong phone and email presence. 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred). Highly motivated, disciplined, and eager to develop into a senior business development position. Quick learner who enjoys understanding new systems and processes. Organised, results-driven, and comfortable working toward performance targets. Interest in international trade, logistics, or customs is a plus -- training provided.
