Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our EU Delegate Acquisition Sales Team. In this role, you will focus on engaging leaders from Global 1000 organizations. Ideal candidates are driven, proactive, and eager to develop their sales career while partnering with some of the world's leading IT executives.

Desired Skills & Experience



Experience engaging C-level executives within the Global 1000 space (preferred) Background selling into IT, IT Security, Human Resources, Retail, Marketing, or Supply Chain sectors (preferred) Strong ability to analyze markets, identify targets, and build strategic relationships to drive new business Comfortable with high-volume outreach, including cold calling, persuasive writing, proposal development, account management, and customer service Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong client relationships

Responsibilities



Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to attract C-level executives from Global 1000 companies Drive engagement for assigned events through a mix of telesales and social selling Consistently achieve weekly and quarterly sales targets Manage and strengthen client relationships throughout the sales cycle Collaborate closely with the Product team to shape innovative and impactful program agendas Maintain accurate and compliant use of CRM systems and internal sales tools Partner with Sponsorship Sales, Business Development, Events, Travel, and Production teams to support seamless execution of new and existing products Conduct market research to identify and attract prospective clients Carry out full-cycle delegate sales activities including lead generation, business development, and cold calling Prepare and maintain personal sales materials Communicate effectively with clients regarding program details, scheduling, and speaking opportunities
