Key Responsibilities

Follow up on quotes and opportunities to close business.
Support key sales managers in maintaining strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records in CRM (orders, contacts, and communication history).
Provide product information and guidance to customers.
Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and lead follow-ups.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
Process orders in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
Maintain strong customer relationships by responding promptly to queries and issues.
Assist in chasing outstanding quotes and following up with potential customers.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions.
