About the Role
You'll be the engine behind our sales efforts; supporting customers, driving new business, and helping aviation clients keep their fleets mission-ready.
Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
Coordinate with Sales, Quality Control, Warehouse & Accounting to ensure seamless order fulfilment
Follow up quotes with confidence and close the deal
Spot new business opportunities
Smash sales targets and exceed expectations
Keep systems up-to-date and reporting accurate
Promote new products with energy and insight
Own the customer experience, from first enquiry to final delivery
Who We're Looking For:
This role would best suit someone who is a good multitasker, someone who would thrive in the 'fast lane'. they'll need to be a people-person who is a good problem solver and a self-starter, who knows how to make things happen under pressure, but also work as part of a close-knit team of professionals.
Key Requirements:
Advanced in MS Office, especially Excel
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Organized, proactive, and performance-driven
Detail-obsessed with strong analytical thinking
Able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
A reliable team player who brings energy and integrity to every task
Aviation experience? Sales background? Bonus points!
