We are seeking a self motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Hinckley. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients through various channels. You will use your B2B sales experience and telemarketing skills to build relationships, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions. Training in product knowledge in lubricants and industrial cleaners will be provided
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
Utilise CRM software, including Sales-i to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
Develop an understanding of our lubricant and cleaning products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress within the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare reports on sales activities and performance metrics as required.
Qualifications
Some experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is desirable.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP software is beneficial for success in this role.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
