Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. You will utilise various software tools, to manage leads and track sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong telemarketing skills and be comfortable communicating over the phone and in person.

Duties



Engage with customers via phone, email and in person to promote/demonstrate our products and services. Utilise in-house software to manage customer relationships and track sales progress. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into a sale. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, market trends, and competitors.

Skills



Strong verbal and written communication skills. Being able to engage with customers in a friendly professional manner. Building relationships with new and existing customers over the phone and in person. Experience in sales and achieving monthly targets. Generate and qualify new business leads. Experience producing quotes and chasing outstanding quotes. Strong Negotiation skills - although no hard sell. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing. Follow up on leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. Product experience is not necessarily required, as full and ongoing training will be provided.

What You'll Need:



Strong computer and keyboard skills, especially with Microsoft Office. Good communication skills (both written and spoken), with solid grammar and numeracy skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is important. A valid driving license, preferably with your own car for traveling to occasional customer appointments. The ability to follow a proven sales process and manage your time effectively. Experience in customer-facing roles, especially if you enjoy talking to people and providing great service. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, enthusiastic approach to work, with a drive to exceed targets. Be sales driven and forward thinking. Willing to go the extra mile.

Nice to Have:



Previous experience of selling/demonstrating at customer premises.

What's on Offer:



A base salary of 25,000, with the potential to realistically earn 45,000 + with commission--there's no cap on what you can earn!

No COLD Calling.

A chance to be part of an established company with a busy, well-established team. Mainly on site in our office/showroom for a large part of the week. There may be some off-site appointments. Some off-site sales appointments (residential & commercial properties) throughout the day and into the evening Mon to Fri.

Potentially

1 day weekend (Sat or Sun) up to 2 sales appointments with a day off during the week. We are flexible with working hours. Laptop Provided Mobile Phone Provided Paid mileage 21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 2 days.
