We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join us in the UK!
An exciting and challenging opportunity to join the global Sales organization of Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions!
We are seeking a highly organised and technically capable Inside Sales Support professional to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales activities across the EU and MENA region, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, managing quotations, and ensuring seamless communication between external sales, engineering, and production teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, regulated industry and be comfortable working across multiple time zones, supporting high-value and often long-cycle projects in a global context.
Location: Remote - Ideal Geo Location - within the UK- Remote, with expectation of travel to Trade Shows and Customer Meets.

Your Challenge:Act as a first-line contact for enquiries from customers and channel partners, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness. Coordinate with product support, engineering, planning, procurement, export control, and quality to support timely delivery and resolution of customer needs. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including opportunity tracking, activity logging, and customer contact information. Screen and process inbound leads based on web-site and tradeshow activity; initiate first contact with new prospects directly and indirectly through channel partners. Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer quotations in accordance with technical and commercial requirements; facilitate complex bids on behalf of sales. Work with planning to identify opportunities to drive revenue for the organisation Assist in the preparation of export documentation, compliance paperwork and contract documentation. Support the preparation of pipeline reviews, order book analysis, and sales performance metrics. Support resolution of post-order issues including delivery updates, product returns, and warranty/service coordination. Periodic support for trade-shows with in-person attendance. Effectively plan workload to support business stakeholders and customers across North America and the EU & MENA regions, with flexibility in working hours when required.

Your Expertise:HNC/HND or degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience also considered. 2-4 years in a similar inside sales, customer support, or commercial role within the Aerospace, Defence, or similarly regulated sector. IT Proficiency + CRM systems
+ Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills desirable)
Clear and professional verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise effectively with engineers, procurement officers, and program managers. Familiarity with export controls and defence contracting (ITAR, EAR, DFARS, UK MoD standards) is an advantage. A proactive attitude with a strong customer service ethic and attention to detail.
