We have also launched our own Governance, Risk and Compliance platform (GRC) which we are now selling to small to medium enterprises, this role will be involved in both ID9 and SnapGRC.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with customer IT Security teams on their cyber security, cloud, and identity security requirements
Help identify opportunities to minimize customer's risk through technology or services that are provided by ID9, SnapGRC or our partners.
Develop Customer relationships
Respond to customer requirements
Seek out and develop new customers
Meet Sales targets
Report Sales progress to management team
Work with technical team to meet customer requirements
Develop Sales pitch and presentation for customers
Generate new business leads
Find new partners
Manage the partner base
QUALIFICATIONS
High level of education, including literacy and numeracy
University degree, preferred
IT Sales experience is an advantage
Experience of using a customer management platform (CRM)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of selling experience
Skills in being able to perfom prospecting
Ability to close deals
Training in sales methodologies
Communication skills essential, both verbal and written
Relationship building
Active listener
Problem-Solving
Negotiation Skills and ability to handle objections
Exceeding Sales targets in previous roles
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Healthy curiosity, will be a key advantage in this role
Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good verbal and written communication skills
Desire to learn and build a career
Ability to work as part of a team and support fellow team members
Responsible - ability to follow up on tasks to their successful resolution
Experience managing CRM platforms, preferred
Experience of selling IT Security (Anti-Virus, Firewalls, Content Control platforms) is a plus
All other training required will be provided to the successful candidates
