Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Insights Analyst to work alongside our Head of Product. Supporting our Data and Client Success teams across EMEA and the US, you will be excited by diving deep into data to uncover engaging insights, and deploy these into exciting storytelling presentations for key stakeholders. You must be naturally curious with a desire to learn, quickly adapting to new tools and ways of working to help support the team in driving performance across all aspects of the business. You must demonstrate close attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure the team are able to respond rapidly to changing trends.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Insights
Responsible for building and delivering in-depth insights reports for a range of enterprise and larger brands
Define insights strategy, including ideating new materials and approaches across our nascent product offerings
Execute on the evolution of insights collateral across the ecosystem
Working with account management to respond to briefs and define core areas of interest
Data analysis: working with Data teams to request, pull and analyse data from multiple sources; matching and cleansing data sources; creating pivot tables and analysis to build the data narrative
Creating accurate, engaging and interesting decks to showcase insights and sharing these with the client
Providing recommendations for next campaigns
Supporting the tech team with insight development
Partner with marketing to incorporate the use of insights into social and marketing posts
Manage the Automated Insights Product, including: product support and troubleshooting, report audits to ensure report accuracy, and iterative development sprints with the Senior Developer.
Establish and document internal best practices for insights, in addition to internal repository and insights knowledge
Be the point person for all insights queries and capabilities - developing the operational strategies for new insights servings
Operations
Conduct quarterly reviews for specific client compliance
Creating and sharing regular insights and data reporting for clients based on illuma data
Responsible for checking accuracy and liaising with engineering team as necessary
Sales & Marketing
Working with marketing team to surface and communicate insights across all campaigns
Providing insights that can be leveraged and shared by the sales teams
Building collateral for RFPs.
Acting as the point person for insights

Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Data proficient: ability to understand the story behind the data
Comfortable with investigating, interpreting and understanding complex data and translating that into value driven insight and presentations
Inquisitive, curious and critical thinker who can analyse and communicate data as meaningful, goal-focused actionable insights
Highly numerate
Influential communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from complex concepts, to communicate to non-experts, and work with and learn from colleagues.
Excellent attention to detail, both in analysis and in written and verbal communication.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Knowledge & experience with digital advertising (e.g. demand-side platforms, sell-side platforms, Ad exchanges, etc) is preferable
