Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases cradle to grave Conduct investigations into financial affairs, recover assets, and report to creditors and regulators Ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and statutory deadlines Liaise with stakeholders such as creditors, directors, solicitors, and financial institutions Mentor and support junior staff, review their work, and encourage team collaboration Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insolvency laws and best practices Assist with complex case strategies and support senior management Contribute to business development and internal process improvements

What We're Looking For

Experience managing insolvency cases independently Strong understanding of insolvency legislation and procedures Proficiency in IPS (or similar software) and Microsoft Office Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines CPI or equivalent qualification Proactive, accountable, and solutions-driven approach
