The Insolvency Manager plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with legal & regulatory frameworks while providing guidance and support to clients throughout the insolvency process. This position requires a strong blend of leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively supervise a team and facilitate educational initiatives for clients and stakeholders.
Duties
Manage and oversee insolvency cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards and best practices.
Ensure new Personal Insolvencies are onboarded and ensure these are progressed through the pre-appointment process until approval.
Supervise a team of professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
Develop and implement educational programs aimed at improving understanding of insolvency processes for clients.
Conduct training sessions for staff on standardized testing procedures related to insolvency matters.
Maintain effective communication with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency throughout the process.
Organize case files and documentation efficiently to facilitate easy access and review.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
