Insolvency Drafter

We are currently looking for new applicants to join our thriving business at waterfront offices, based a stones throw from Media City in Salford Quays.

We have been Nominating & Supervising Individual Voluntary Arrangements for over 5 years and we are looking to grow.

To be suitable for this position applicants should be:

Experienced in Insolvency (at least 6 months drafting experience) with genuine desire to succeed in a fast paced environment. A positive attitude and a can do approach Consultative sales mind-set The desire to build a long term career Excellent communication skills Technical competence and attention to detail An understanding of the MOC process

Your role will include:

Completion of SIP3 / fact-find calls with new clients Collection and analysis of supporting documentation Convening the Meeting of Creditors Effective questioning of factors relevant to clients circumstances Liaising with client to obtain any missing information or documents required Draft proposal for approval by IP & client Experience a must, recent knowledge of voting house requirements and/or used to drafting in a volume a huge plus.
